SLAC COMPUTER ACCOUNT HOLDERS

If you have a SLAC computer account, please submit IT help requests through our Service Now portal. The advantages of submitting a ticket as an authenticated individual are:

  • contact information is automatically filled in for you
  • allows you to look up, review, and update your current active help requests
  • review entire history of help requests
  • access SLAC's IT knowledge base articles
