The advantages of submitting your request via our ServiceNow portal are:
- contact information is automatically filled in for you
- allows you to look up, review, and update your current active help requests
- review entire history of help requests
- access SLAC's IT knowledge base articles

Monday - Friday
7am - 6pm
Saturday - Sunday
8am - 5pm (urgent phone support)
